ThAirCamper Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 11/01/2025

ThAirCamper products are specialized recreational products that require proper installation, setup, operation, and care. Because ThAirCamper cannot verify how a product was installed, operated, transported, stored, or maintained after it has been placed into service, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

1. Defective Products

ThAirCamper stands behind the quality of its products.

If a ThAirCamper product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, ThAirCamper must first be given a reasonable opportunity to diagnose the issue and, when practical, repair or replace the defective component in the field.

If ThAirCamper determines that the product has a covered defect that cannot reasonably be repaired in the field, ThAirCamper may authorize the product for return, repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

No product may be returned without prior written authorization from ThAirCamper.

2. No Returns After Use

Once a ThAirCamper has been installed, deployed, occupied, operated, or otherwise used, it is not eligible for return or refund, except where ThAirCamper determines that a covered defect exists and authorizes the return.

After a product has been placed into service, ThAirCamper cannot independently determine whether subsequent problems resulted from a manufacturing defect, improper installation, incorrect setup, misuse, abuse, overloading, accident, modification, environmental conditions, failure to follow instructions, or other circumstances outside ThAirCamper’s control.

For this reason, used products cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.

3. Customer Dissatisfaction After Use

A customer’s determination after using the product that they do not like it, do not prefer its design or operation, expected something different, changed their mind, or no longer want the product is not an acceptable basis for a return or refund.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available product information, specifications, dimensions, compatibility requirements, installation requirements, and operating instructions before purchasing and using the product.

4. Order Cancellation

Customers wishing to cancel an order must contact ThAirCamper before the product has been shipped.

An order is not considered canceled until ThAirCamper confirms the cancellation.

Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the refused-delivery and return provisions of this policy.

5. Refused Deliveries

A customer who does not cancel an order before shipment and subsequently refuses delivery will be responsible for an $800 restocking and transportation charge, representing approximately:

·         $400 outbound shipping; and

·         $400 return shipping.

The $800 charge will be deducted from any refund otherwise due after the product has been returned to ThAirCamper and inspected.

If actual freight, storage, redelivery, handling, or other carrier charges exceed these amounts, ThAirCamper reserves the right, where permitted by law and disclosed as applicable, to deduct those additional charges from the refund.

6. Return Authorization Required

No product may be returned to ThAirCamper without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or other written return authorization issued by ThAirCamper.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Issuance of an RMA does not constitute approval of a refund. Final eligibility will be determined after ThAirCamper receives and inspects the product.

7. Inspection of Returned Products

All authorized returns are subject to inspection by ThAirCamper.

ThAirCamper may deny or reduce a refund if inspection reveals evidence of:

·         Installation or use;

·         Damage occurring after delivery;

·         Improper installation or removal;

·         Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident;

·         Unauthorized modification or repair;

·         Missing components, accessories, hardware, manuals, or packaging;

·         Damage caused by improper packaging for return shipment;

·         Excessive wear, contamination, or deterioration; or

·         Any condition materially different from the condition in which the product was delivered.

8. Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect the shipment promptly upon delivery.

Visible freight damage should be documented before accepting delivery whenever possible. Customers should photograph the packaging, product, and damaged areas and promptly notify ThAirCamper.

Shipping damage should not be treated as a standard product return. ThAirCamper will work with the customer and carrier to determine the appropriate remedy.

Refusing a shipment solely because of carrier damage should be coordinated with ThAirCamper whenever reasonably possible so the freight claim can be properly documented.

9. Installation and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that their vehicle, equipment, mounting system, and intended application are compatible with the ThAirCamper product before installation.

Damage or problems resulting from incorrect installation, improper mounting, incompatible equipment, modifications, failure to follow ThAirCamper instructions, or use outside published specifications are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for a return or refund.

10. Condition of Approved Returns

Unless the return involves an authorized defective product, any product approved for return must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and in its original or equivalent protective packaging.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged for return transportation.

Damage occurring during return transportation because of inadequate packaging may be deducted from any refund or may make the product ineligible for refund.

11. Missing or Damaged Components

Any approved refund may be reduced by the reasonable replacement or repair cost of missing or damaged components, accessories, hardware, packaging, or other materials originally supplied with the product.

12. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected by ThAirCamper.

Applicable shipping charges, restocking charges, damage deductions, missing-component charges, and other amounts permitted under this policy will be deducted from the refund.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable except when ThAirCamper determines that the return resulted from a covered defect or ThAirCamper shipping error.

13. Proof of Purchase

ThAirCamper may require the original order number, purchaser information, serial number, photographs, video, installation information, and other reasonable documentation necessary to evaluate a defect, warranty claim, shipping claim, or return request.

Failure to provide reasonably requested information may delay ThAirCamper’s ability to evaluate the claim.

14. No Unauthorized Returns or Freight Collect Shipments

ThAirCamper will not accept COD shipments, freight-collect returns, or other shipments that impose unauthorized transportation or handling charges on ThAirCamper.

Return shipping arrangements must be approved by ThAirCamper in advance.

15. Fraudulent or Abusive Return Claims

ThAirCamper reserves the right to reject return or refund requests involving suspected fraud, intentional damage, material misrepresentation, altered documentation, abuse of the return process, or attempts to return a product materially different from the product originally purchased.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact ThAirCamper directly regarding any product, delivery, warranty, or refund concern so that ThAirCamper has an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

ThAirCamper reserves the right to provide order records, delivery confirmation, photographs, communications, inspection findings, acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy, and other relevant documentation to payment processors or financial institutions in response to payment disputes or chargebacks.

17. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate or restrict any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides rights that conflict with this policy, applicable law will control.

By purchasing a ThAirCamper product, the customer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review this Return & Refund Policy before completing the purchase.
