Limited Warranty

Effective Date: September 2026

Product Covered: ThAirCamper Inflatable Camper and Accessories

1. Coverage
ThAirCamper warrants to the original purchaser that the ThAirCamper camper and included accessories are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, ThAirCamper will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any part determined to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and service, at no charge for parts and labor.

2. Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, fire, flood, wind, or other acts of nature.
- Damage caused by improper installation, over-inflation, modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair.
- Wear items such as seals, valves, fabrics, zippers, or finishes damaged by abrasion, UV exposure, or environmental conditions.
- Any cosmetic damage or deterioration resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Transportation, shipping, or travel costs related to inspection or service.

3. Limitations of Liability
ThAirCamper’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. In no event shall ThAirCamper be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, or commercial loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Owner Responsibilities

The owner must:
- Properly inflate, maintain, and store the camper according to the operating manual.
- Notify ThAirCamper of any defect within the warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase (sales receipt or order confirmation).
