Will this fit my truck?

Use the Find Your Fit tool above - it checks make, model, and bed size. Minimum bed: 57"W × 60"L × 20"D. We support Ford, Chevy, GMC, Toyota, RAM, Honda, Nissan, and Jeep. The Ford Maverick is NOT compatible.

How long does setup really take?

As fast as 30 minutes solo once you've done it a few times. First setup may take up to an hour. One owner - 66 years old - did the full install and breakdown completely alone. "Packing and unpacking varies" as one owner noted, so we say "as fast as 30 minutes" rather than a hard guarantee.

Can I drive at highway speed with it on?

Yes. ThAirCamper is highway-speed safe when mounted properly with the tie-down system included. One owner logged 50 of 8,400 miles on interstate highways.

How does it hold up in cold weather?

The 2-inch insulated walls and AC/heat port keep you comfortable well below freezing. Owners have used it below 20°F in Wyoming and Colorado. The AC port also accepts a heater — you bring the portable unit.

What's the payload impact on my truck?

The ThAirCamper weighs 180 lbs, one of the lightest enclosed campers in any category. At 180 lbs, it leaves room for what — and who — matters. Check your truck's payload spec and subtract your passengers and gear weight.

How many people sleep inside?

Comfortably sleeps 3–4: one person in the cab-over bunk, two on the built-in floor mattress. Add an optional bunk bed accessory for a 4th sleeping spot.
